- Send us three speed test results made at different times of the day. At least one of these tests should be completed during the hours from midnight to 4pm, to determine whether slow speeds are the result of contention or individual line factors.
- Let us know your broadband modem manufacturer and model name
- To send us test results, use 'E-mail Results to CyberOne' link once it appears in speed test results box above.
Disclaimer: This speed test is provided as a guide and is not a definitive indicator of your service speed. CyberOne will need results from at least three tests before we will investigate a reported problem. At least one of these tests should be completed during the off peak hours of midnight - 4PM, to determine whether slow speeds are the result of contention or individual line factors.
